We are a group of Media Studies students at the university level. OpenAxis.in is a student-led and faculty-supervised platform for academic journalism. As our name indicates, we believe well-informed opinions should be open and accessible to everyone.
At OpenAxis.in we explain, analyse and provide varying perspectives on events from around the world, in collaboration with academicians on top of their respective fields. Academicians and professionals are contacted to write on the basis of their respective areas of expertise.
We publish all articles under a Creative Commons license. This means any news organisation, blog, website, newspaper or newsletter can republish our pieces for free, provided they attribute the original source (OpenAxis).
